Bauernfeind Goedtel has become a leader in the commercial HVAC industry. With today’s desire to have better indoor air quality he have proven to be the best in the area with providing quality craftsmanship in your existing or new facility.
Walmart We have performed HVAC work for Wal-mart for the past 10 years. These projects consist of very tight schedules since wal-mart needs to get open on time to provide their customers with the goods they need. We have performed store remodels all the way up to the new super centers.
The stores we have worked on are Owatonna, MN /Faribault, MN / Shakoppe, MN / Vadnais heights, MN / Fridley, MN / Brooklyn Center, MN / Lakeville, MN & Burnsville, MN. These new stores have many rooftop units, for example the new store in Lakeville, MN has 27 rooftop units that provide 255 tons of cooling along with over 5 million BTU’s of heating that push out over 100,000 CFM.
Haute Tanning This new state of the art tanning facility located in Faribault, MN. This building utilizes 2 rooftop units to keep you cool while you are getting your tan on. To control these units we installed the new Honeywell Total Control system that allows you to control your HVAC system from your smartphone. Whether you are working or away you can keep an eye on your building, how cool or haute is that!

Cannon Falls School This project consisted of remodeling a large portion of their existing facility along with an addition of over 60,000 sq ft. This project has 5 rooftop units along with 8 air handling units.
There are also 7 condensing units to provide cooling throughout the building. There are over 500 registers to distribute the air in this facility.
Medford School This school was completed using rooftop units to provide the necessary heating & cooling to serve this large K-12 school. There are 36 AAON rooftop units, 4 make up air units, 4 duct furnaces, 2 unit heaters & 2 air to air units. To install the rooftop units on this school we utilized the help from Terry Jon Aaviation and their helicopter to set these units on a Saturday morning in 3 hours.

Chart Industries New Prague, MN For many years we have done various projects for this company. We have installed exhaust systems & rooftop units.
Crown Cork & Seal Owatonna, MN We have worked for this customer for many years. In their manufacturing plant we have vented all their ovens along with other sheetmetal needs.
